What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
