Electrical maintenance fitter • City of Williamsburg, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in City of Williamsburg, Virginia. You will be based in a power distribution substation. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate Day-to-day duties: • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable 6+ years on the tools preferred.
