We are recruiting: powder coating technician (West Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Webster County, West Virginia. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
