Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (Nevada)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Lincoln County, Nevada. On a typical shift you will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
