QC technician • Kano Municipal, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Kano Municipal, Kano State. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time with occasional weekends.
