Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
