Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Butler County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance On a typical shift you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
