Meat trimmer wanted in Lewis County

Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
