Health and safety supervisor — Fauquier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Fauquier County, Virginia. The role involves: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Part-time with flexible hours.
