Production line inspector • King George County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in King George County, Virginia. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Rotating shifts.
