You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
