MIG/MAG welder wanted in Walker County

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Walker County, Georgia. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
