Urgent requirement: civil works labourer (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Polk County, Florida. You should have: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage The role involves: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
