Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Wayne County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
