Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Limestone County, Texas. You will work at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Full-time, day shift.
