CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Schuyler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Schuyler County, Illinois. The role involves apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
