Great opportunity: car refinisher (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Kings County, New York. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. The role involves: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
