You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
