Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Wushishi, Niger State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 6+ years on the tools preferred.
