Urgent requirement: safety officer (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety officer in Inverclyde, Scotland. On a typical shift you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
