What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations.
