Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Faulkner County, Arkansas. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
