Now hiring: plastering hand (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Kings County, California. The job is on a busy domestic building site. You will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
