Gas service engineer • Cottonwood County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will be based in a gas distribution network. You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
