Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Clay County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules You will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
