Packing line operative — Oneida County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing line operative in Oneida County, New York. You will work in a cold-storage packing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams Requirements: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
