Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Bear Lake County, Idaho. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
