Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Makurdi Local Government Area, Benue State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred.
