You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull.
