Immediate opening: commercial refrigeration engineer (South Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Saluda County, South Carolina. The job is at a food processing plant. Day to day you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; clean condenser and evaporator coils; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. Ideal candidate: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
