360 excavator operator • Claiborne County, Mississippi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Claiborne County, Mississippi. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Six days a week, one day off.
