The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Performance bonus on top of base pay.
