HGV driver wanted in Edwards County

Join our team: we are hiring a HGV driver in Edwards County, Kansas. You will work in a refrigerated transport fleet. What we are looking for: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Day to day you will carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; report defects and book the unit in for servicing. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
