Vacancy available: heavy equipment operator (dozer) (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in McMinn County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 3+ years on the tools preferred.
