External wall insulation fitter wanted in Nantucket County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will be based on a high-rise façade. Your main tasks: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 4+ years on the tools preferred.
