Vacancy available: bathroom fitter (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bathroom fitter in Monroe County, Florida. You will work in the maintenance team of a facilities company. The role involves replace worn washers, seals and float valves; fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; connect overhead and underground water tanks. Requirements: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
