Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Marshall County, Tennessee. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage The role involves install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
