Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car painter in Marion County, Mississippi. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
