Tandoor cook — Love County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Love County, Oklahoma. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
