Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Kiowa County, Colorado. The role involves: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 2+ years on the tools preferred.
