Vacancy available: powder spray gun operator (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
