Precision welder • Okpe, Delta State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Okpe, Delta State. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦85,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
