Captain waiter • Red River Parish, Louisiana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a café. Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
