Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
