Urgent requirement: waterproofing applicator (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in DeSoto County, Florida. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites Your main tasks: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
