Dishwashing attendant wanted in Lexington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lexington County, South Carolina. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
