Heavy equipment operator (dozer) — Sawyer County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Your main tasks: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin You should have: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Part-time with flexible hours.
