Line cook wanted in Mecosta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Mecosta County, Michigan. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
