Pipe TIG welder • Grady County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Grady County, Georgia. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Day to day you will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
