Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Dudley, England. The job is on a window-and-door production line. Day-to-day duties: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads 4+ years on the tools preferred. £85 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
